Special lamb cakes with pilli pilli sauce.

(Akara) Black eye peas finely ground seasoned with African spices & herbs quickly deep fried for a few seconds. When served they are about an inch in diameter having bread like texture. (Lamb Cakes) ground lamb rolled into a ball and prepared with onions, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, coriander, garlic and pepper. (Plantains) a delicous relative of banana plant. (Pilli Pilli Sauce) A traditional West African pepper sauce, onions mixed with pilli pilli and served with appetizers as a dip.

Akara, Shrimp Shrimp with Pilli Pilli sauce and Yam Balls. (Yam Balls) Ghanian speciality consisting of mashed yams with nutmeg seasoning, rolled in bread crumbs and fried.
O Jo Jo Meat balls, Akara, Kelewele and Pilli Pilli sauce. Beef and Vegetable ball made with finely ground beef, sweet potatoe, irish potato, green and regular onion bell peppers, a touch of garlic, seasonings, rolled in bread crumbs and fried. (Kelewele) the plantain sprinkled with seasonings, a Ghanian speciality. Served as garnishes with your entrees.
Shrimp A selection of six shrimps with Pilli Pilli sauce.
Appetizers Combination Plate Includes each of the above items and fish cakes. (Fish Cakes) fresh fish ground with green onions, egg seasoned, bread crumbs rolled all together and deep fried for a few seconds.

Vegetarian Combination A combination of three items from the following items: "Vegetable Alicha", "Collard Greens", "Lentils", "Split-peas Alicha"
Split-pea Alicha Steamed split-peas with onions seasoned with garlic & ginger
Lentils Split lentil in red pepper sauce, seasoned with assorted spices
Collard Greens Collard green steamed & seasoned with garlic & green pepper
Vegetables Alicha Steamed vegetables (cabbage, potato, carrot & onion), seasoned with assorted spices

Yebeg Siga Alicha Mild lamb stew, delicately spiced with garlic, ginger and other spices. Served with injera.
Shifenfen Lamb stew mixed injera & deliciously seasoned with spices.
